    Over the years we've had plenty of people ask why we need a deposit. A: It ensures you're coming. and B: It feeds the animals and secures the leases to have when you get here. It also pays the bills for us in the off season, helps us plan the hunts for upcoming seasons, and sometimes allows us to make a few improvements to the place here or there. Its just a necessity in a seasonal business. In an effort to help the customer and still meet our needs as a business we've added the following payment plans.


We offer 3 payment options for our Whitetail and Turkey Hunts.

Option 1.

   2 payments, 50% at booking and 50% due prior to start of hunt.  We will transfer or refund 50% of their deposit, if its within 30 days of the beginning date of the booked hunt we will transfer or refund 10%. This is our policy but we do understand certain circumstances can't be avoided and we deal with each cancellation or transfer on an individual basis.

Option 2.

   4 payment plan, 25% due to confirm dates at booking with 2 payments spaced evenly between booking and hunt date with final balance being paid prior to start of the hunt.

Option 3.

   6 payment plan, 25% due to confirm dates at booking with 4 payments spaced evenly between booking and hunt date with final balance being paid prior to start of the hunt

  For option 2 and 3, deposit is nonrefundable but transferable to be used at a later date if needed. Payments can be made by check, credit or debit card. Hunter will receive a contract at booking, a statement prior to payment, and receipt and updated balance after each payment.

Trophy Hunts Payment options

 Option 1:

   $2500.00 deposit then final payment based upon harvest. We will transfer or refund 50% of their deposit, if its within 30 days of the beginning date of the booked hunt we will transfer or refund 10%. This is our policy but we do understand certain circumstances can't be avoided and we deal with each cancellation or transfer on an individual basis.

   If a hunter has in mind the size animal he intends on harvesting, say a 150-170 class ($5750.00) we offer the following options:

Option 2:

   4 payment plan, 25% due to confirm dates at booking with 2 payments spaced evenly between booking and hunt date with final balance being paid based upon harvest. If a hunter harvests an animal in a lower price bracket than what's been paid he will be refunded the difference. Excluding management hunts, i.e. a hunter cant book a 150-170 class hunt, make payments then decide to shoot a management buck

Option 3:

   6 payment plan, 25% due to confirm dates at booking with 4 payments spaced evenly between booking and hunt date with final balance being paid based upon harvest. If a hunter harvests an animal in a lower price bracket than what's been paid he will be refunded the difference. Excluding management hunts, i.e. a hunter cant book a 170 class hunt, make payments then decide to shoot a management buck

  In the event the hunter does not have the "opportunity" to harvest an animal in the desired price range he is hunting he will be refunded all but $1100, lodging, meals, and guide fee. In the event the hunter HAS the opportunity to harvest an animal of the desired size he will be refunded all but $2500.
